Availability

ACM’s registered nurses, assistance coordinators, and physicians are available twenty fours hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year. This flexibility offers our clients immediate access to front-line medical assistance specialists anytime, from anywhere in the world.

Service

ACM delivers cost-effective, timely healthcare services, while achieving the highest standards of quality assistance. ACM’s telephonic triage process proactively facilitates the delivery of appropriate preventative interaction, which substantially reduces the misuse, and duplication of service.

Inbound calls are answered within twenty seconds by an assistance coordinator or nurse specialist and if a person needs additional advice, our medical doctors are linked into the conversation immediately. Every inbound call can be recorded and will be accessed if the need arises. In addition, full telephonic service and activity reports can be made available to our clients upon request.

Our Nurse Help Line Service can be customized and integrated into your existing benefit program specifications and can be offered to your new and renewing clients as an opportunity to access timely health information.

This service will provide your clients with timely access to ACM’s registered nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will serve to empower your clients with the ability to better determine the most appropriate manner in which their injury or symptom can be treated.
